QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY

UAB Luna Robotics designs, develops, manufactures, tests, sells and provides technical support for electronic and optical equipment, electronic imaging and night-vision systems, and related software solutions intended for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and FPV drone systems.
Our objective is to create innovative, reliable and high-quality products and solutions that meet customer needs, applicable legal and other mandatory requirements, and strengthen the Company’s competitiveness.
To achieve this objective, the Company’s management commits to:
- ensuring that the quality management system complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015/AMD1:2024 and is continually improved;
- focusing on customer needs in order to achieve high customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation;
- designing, developing, manufacturing and testing products while ensuring their quality, reliability and traceability throughout the entire product life cycle;
- applying a process approach and risk- and opportunity-based thinking in decision-making and operational management;
- promoting innovation, technological progress and the continual improvement of processes and products;
- ensuring employee competence, accountability and active involvement in achieving quality objectives;
- developing reliable and mutually beneficial relationships with customers, suppliers and partners;
- providing the resources required for the operation of the quality management system, the achievement of its objectives and the continual improvement of its effectiveness.
- considering climate change aspects where they are relevant to the organisation’s activities, strategic direction and the effectiveness of the quality management system.
Management regularly reviews this policy, establishes quality objectives and evaluates the results of their implementation in order to continually improve the organisation’s performance and create long-term value for customers and interested parties.
This policy is mandatory for all employees of UAB Luna Robotics and is publicly available to interested parties.
